Charles Bukowski – Maverick Levy
Charles Bukowski was born on August 16, 1920. He lived until March 9, 1994. He was one of the best American Poets. Charles Bukowski was born in Germany, but then soon moved to America at the age of two. In poems by Bukowski, he always got right to the point, he never held anything back. Bukowski was influenced to write literature from many things around him. Although some thought his work was offensive, others could not stop reading it. He wrote about what he saw around him, past events, and what he imagined. Charles was an alcoholic for most of his life, but he later died of leukemia. Charles Bukowski’s poems will always be an important piece of literature in America.
